Refund Policy

1. Core Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds for unused credits, expired credits, dissatisfaction with AI outputs, account actions due to policy violations, or service interruptions.

2. How Generations Are Charged

Credits are spent per generation. This covers chat replies, presentations, images, video, voiceovers, and document creation and analysis. The rate for each is published on our pricing page, which always shows the rates in force right now.

• A failed generation is never charged. If a presentation, image, video or voiceover does not complete, no credits are taken for it.
• A completed generation is not refundable. Once the work has run, the computing cost has already been spent on your behalf, so credits consumed by a successful generation cannot be returned, including when you are unhappy with the result.
• You see the price before you generate. Presentations show a priced breakdown before you start, and generation will not begin if your balance cannot cover it.
• A shown total is never exceeded. When you choose a slide count, the total shown is the most you can be charged for that deck. Where an amount depends on what the finished deck contains, such as charts or AI images, the per-unit rate is shown up front and you are billed only for the pieces actually produced.
• Every charge is itemised in your usage history, so you can check what any generation cost and why.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe credits were deducted incorrectly because of a technical issue, contact support within 14 days of the incident and include the date, the feature you were using, and the charge you are querying. Your usage history shows the itemised breakdown for each generation, which helps us investigate. After review, Palvoro may issue a credit adjustment at its sole discretion. This is not a general refund entitlement.

4. Before You Purchase

• Start with a $5 top-up to test usage. It gets you 50,000 credits to explore the platform.
• Review model pricing and expected credit consumption.
• Credits are valid for 12 months. Every new top-up resets the clock: all your credits get a fresh 12-month expiry from your latest purchase.
• Use signup or promotional credits first where available.
