The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, as stated in our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
Depending on how you register, we may collect your email address, authentication identifiers, and profile-related preferences. If you use email and password, email verification may be required. If you use Sign in with Google, we receive information from your Google account as permitted by that sign-in flow. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current, as described in our Terms.
Files you upload and files the Service generates for you are kept in private storage that is not publicly readable. They are scoped to your account, and when you open or download one, the Service issues a temporary signed link that expires. Anyone who obtains such a link while it is valid can open that file, so treat download links as confidential and do not share them.
Consistent with our Terms, by using the Service you grant Palvoro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, and use your prompts and outputs solely to provide and improve the Service. Palvoro does not claim ownership of your outputs. Your use of third-party AI models may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
Palvoro integrates AI models from third-party providers via their APIs. Your use of the Service is subject to those providers' own terms and acceptable use policies. Palvoro is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party AI model.
To produce a result, we send the relevant material to those providers. That includes your prompt and, where the feature needs it, the files you attached, such as a document or image you uploaded in chat, or a template or source file you added to a presentation. When a feature searches or reads the web on your behalf, the search terms and the pages retrieved are also processed as part of that request. Please do not upload material you are not comfortable having processed this way.
We rely on reputable third-party cloud infrastructure and service providers to operate the Platform, including database hosting, application deployment, AI memory storage, payment processing, and application logging. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by such providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies and agreements.
Authorised members of our technical team may access backend data as necessary for maintenance, debugging, security investigations, and support, governed by internal data handling policies.
Palvoro uses an AI memory service to store contextual information from your conversations, allowing the AI to retain context across sessions. You may request deletion of your stored memory at any time by contacting privacy@palvoro.com.
Application logs may be generated and retained by our hosting and deployment infrastructure as part of normal operations, including request metadata, IP addresses, and error traces, used for debugging, performance monitoring, and security.
We use strictly necessary cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your theme, protect the Service against abuse, and complete purchases. These cannot be switched off without affecting how the Service works. We also use the analytics cookies described below, which you can control through your browser settings or the opt-out tools linked in this section.
To understand how the Service is used and to keep improving it, we use two third-party analytics services: Google Analytics, provided by Google, and Microsoft Clarity, provided by Microsoft. These services use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and how you interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, heatmaps, and session replays. We use this information for site optimisation, to measure the popularity of features, and for fraud prevention and security. We do not use it to serve advertising.
We have configured these tools with your privacy in mind. The content of your conversations, uploaded files, generated media, and prompts is masked from session replays, and we do not send your account details to either service. Activity by Palvoro staff on internal administration pages is excluded from these measurements so that they reflect genuine customer use. Google and Microsoft process this data as independent providers, and may also use it in accordance with their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can block or clear analytics cookies from either service through your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use the Service. If you have questions about how this data is handled, contact privacy@palvoro.com.
We retain data for as long as needed to deliver the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. If you close your account or we terminate it in accordance with our Terms, your access ends and retention may continue only where required by law or legitimate business needs (for example billing records). You may request deletion of account-related data and AI memory by contacting privacy@palvoro.com. We will respond subject to applicable law and verification of your request.
If you deactivate your account, we scrub the content tied to it, including your conversations, uploaded files, and generated presentations, images, video and audio. We keep the financial and usage records needed for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention, such as what was purchased and what was charged, detached from the content that produced them.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or ask questions about this policy, contact privacy@palvoro.com.
If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Service, our Terms provide that you grant Palvoro a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use that feedback in any manner, without compensation or attribution. Do not include sensitive personal data in feedback unless you are comfortable with that use.
We and our subprocessors may process and store information in countries where we or they operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards or legal mechanisms permitted by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email and/or by a prominent notice within the Service, consistent with how we describe material updates in our Terms. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
